In this article, we will examine the relationship between two variables in a situation where one variable is measured on an interval or ratio scale and the other variable is measured on a nominal scale. In such cases, the string correlation coefficient is used. The calculation of several string correlation coefficients, including the two-point two-point two-point coefficient, is done with a few examples and with the help of R software.
