Acceptance criteria:
Manuscripts with a similarity rate exceeding the permitted threshold are rejected before peer review.
Authors are required to provide necessary explanations regarding similarity, if needed.
Use of others' work must be accompanied by proper citation and attribution.
This policy applies to all submitted manuscripts without exception.
