Aims, Vision, and Mission of the "Andishe_ye Amari" Scientific Journal
Introduction:
Given the rapid expansion of statistics globally and the indispensable role of statistical methods in advancing all sciences, the establishment of numerous graduate programs in universities across the country, and the founding of the Iranian Statistical Society as a pioneering institution in promoting statistical literacy, the need arose to establish a Persian-language scientific journal named "Andisheye Amari" (Statistical Thinking). This journal was founded with the aim of fostering innovation in statistical thinking and creating a stable and dynamic connection among all practitioners, specialists, and enthusiasts of statistics.
Mission:
To build a communicative bridge among statisticians, researchers, and those interested in statistical science, and to elevate the level of knowledge, attitude, and statistical culture in society through the publication of articles, studies, and writings in the fields of the history of statistics, philosophy of statistical science, survey studies, statistical education, and scientific communication.
Main Aims:
Production and promotion of statistical knowledge: Publishing recent achievements in theoretical, computational, and applied statistics.
Strengthening scientific discourse: Creating an environment for interdisciplinary interaction and critique between statistics and other sciences.
