Abstract
Confidence interval is one of the most important topics in mathematical statistics, which is closely related to statistical hypothesis testing. In the topic of confidence interval, the goal is to find a random interval that contains the unknown parameter with high probability. Confidence interval and its types have been widely discussed in many mathematical statistics books. Since most statistical distributions have more than two parameters, it is important to find the joint confidence region or simultaneous confidence intervals for a pair of parameters. In this article, while introducing the joint confidence region, how to obtain it is explained in the form of several examples.
